This Privacy Policy is issued by DARKO DOŽIĆ PR UMETNIČKA DELATNOST Tango Natural 2008 BEOGRAD, registered at Resavska 38/28, 11000 Belgrade (Savski Venac), Serbia, operating since January 25, 2016 (hereinafter: “Handler”). This policy governs the processing of personal data collected during the organization of Belgrade Tango Encuentro and the sale of tickets for this event.

What data do we process?

We process data that you have provided to us in particular:
name and surname;
e-mail address;
Phone number;
Billing and delivery address (if applicable);
in case of Belgrade Tango Encuentro organized by the Handler, all data that you enter into the particular registration form.

For what purposes do we process data?

The processing of personal data is carried out for:

  1. Ticket Sales: To conclude and execute the contract for ticket sales for Belgrade Tango Encuentro.

  2. Event Notifications: To inform attendees about event-related updates (e.g., date changes, cancellations).

for the purpose of organization of Belgrade Tango Encuentro (e.g. sending you confirmation e-mails, e-mails containing information about your registration informing you about the organizational changes/updates concerning Belgrade Tango Encuentro);

for the purpose of sending you e-mails containing useful information about Belgrade (like transport advice and local guides)

for the purpose of sending you e-mails/newsletters about the Handler (i.e. about our activities, events, and classes organized by the Handler or concerning the Handler); in each e-mail/newsletter there is always an option for you to unsubscribe from receiving the e-mails/newsletters;

purpose of communication with various people interested in our activities.

What is the legal basis for the data processing?

We may engage the following data processors to assist with technical and organizational aspects of data handling:

  • Service providers for payment processing and ticket delivery.

  • Email service providers for event communication.

No personal data is transferred to third countries or international organizations.

We process your personal data either based on your consent provided to us when subscribing to receiving e-mails/newsletters concerning the Handler, or provided to us in person.
In case of Belgrade Tango Encuentro, or any workshop organized by the Handler, we deem the provision of personal data as a contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract, whereas in case of failure to provide such data, we cannot provide/guarantee you the participation at the respective event.

the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to the Handler, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance us if the processing is carried out by automated means;
